Located in the heart of one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Côte d'Azur, the Cottage Macalinewa welcomes you on the ground floor of a recent house.

Your cottage, full of charm, has been decorated with care, furnished with privatized outdoor spaces for your comfort. On the ground floor & facing south / southeast, this 3-room apartment (53 m2) is completely independent and can accommodate a family with 2 children.

It consists of:

• A living room with coffee table, sofa and television.

• A family room (**) with 2 separate and independent living spaces (first space of 11 m2 with double bed 140 x200, second space of 11 m2 with and 2 trundle beds of 80x200)

• A fully equipped kitchen

• A bathroom with shower and toilet.

• A cellar to drop off your suitcases and store equipment

• In front of the apartment, a private area with a large pergola to protect you from the sun to enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners and to park safely and privately, your car.

• The Pool - shared - on a space protected by locked gates.

Our home & its environment

The enclosed grounds around the pool and the pool itself will be - whenever possible -privatized between 9am and 7pm. Nevertheless

• We reserve the possibility of accessing the ground during these hours in case of technical need related to the pool, for watering,...

• And ... we can’t reasonably prevent our grandchildren from taking a few dives. Rest assured, they are rarely there because Bretons:)

This space is secure (gates with keys) as well as the pool itself (alarm). However, you remain - Yourself - responsible for the safety of your children.

The pool is accessible all year (except works carried out in general in Winter and possibly up to end of April). It is not heated: its temperature varies between 8° in January and 29° in August.
